We are 66 years old and after 40 years we have found each other again. It is a true love story. We were in love in 1960′s and we went separate ways but never again. This song conveys our love for one another and pulls on my heartstrings. I know it will be a meaningful part of our ceremony. Thank you for writing it..

We used the first half of this song as our wedding vows, we each read half a verse back and forth to each other. We also got our wedding rings engraved with “I will be here” which sums up our promises to each other. On the morning of our wedding my future husband gave me a small gift with a card that said “I will be there!”. Reading the rest of the song we want to read the second half to each other at our 10 year anniversary (still 8 years away tho!)
